Modern Workplace Engineer – SharePoint (OnPrem, Online & Hybrid)
Sedi: Milano, Roma, Torino, Bologna, Firenze, Padova, Napoli, Perugia. Progetta e governa ambienti SharePoint enterprise complessi e missioncritical. In Avanade la Modern Workplace Practice supporta i clienti enterprise nella progettazione, modernizzazione e gestione delle piattaforme di collaborazione, garantendo affidabilità, sicurezza e continuità operativa. Il ruolo prevede una forte componente hands‑on e architetturale, con responsabilità diretta su design, troubleshooting avanzato, migrazioni e ottimizzazione di piattaforme SharePoint ad alta criticità.
Responsabilità
- Progetterai, configurerai e supporterai SharePoint Server enterprise, ambienti ibridi e SharePoint Online.
- Gestirai SharePoint Service Applications, troubleshooting avanzato e ottimizzazione delle performance.
- Diagnosticherai e risolverai problematiche complesse legate a: autenticazione e security provider, disponibilità e affidabilità, zero‑downtime patching.
- Pianificherai ed eseguirai upgrade tra versioni SharePoint, scenari di Disaster Recovery e migrazioni verso SharePoint Online.
- Supporterai attività operative hands‑on su: creazione siti e liste, gestione permessi e accessi.
- Collaborerai all’integrazione con Microsoft 365, inclusi SharePoint Online, OneDrive e Information Protection.
Qualifiche e Competenze
Esperienza avanzata in uno o più dei seguenti ambiti:
- Architettura e topologia SharePoint
- Troubleshooting SharePoint
- SharePoint on‑prem e hybrid
- SharePoint Service Applications
- Autenticazione SharePoint
- Zero‑downtime patching, upgrade e migrazioni SharePoint
- SharePoint Disaster Recovery
- Gestione e scalabilità di ambienti SharePoint enterprise
Competenze che costituiscono un plus
- Active Directory (domini, trust, forest, LDAP, Kerberos)
- Sicurezza AD (gruppi, permessi, autenticazione)
- Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, analisi traffico)
- SQL Server in contesto SharePoint
- IIS ( SSL, bindings, troubleshooting)
- Strumenti di troubleshooting Windows: PerfMon, Event Viewer, Registry, Netmon, Fiddler, Sysinternals, WinDbg
- Comprensione delle interazioni tra i componenti della piattaforma Microsoft 365
- Configurazione di SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Information Protection in Microsoft 365
