Senior Mechanical Engineer in Milan, focused on mission-critical facilities. Responsabilità

• Lead multidisciplinary projects within the Building Services Engineering team
• Act as project lead engineer, managing services and client interface
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to develop design ambitions and mechanical requirements
• Mentor and guide junior mechanical engineers
• Lead the design process from concept to detailed design and construction
• Liaise with clients to align design with project goals
• Apply BIM-based workflows (Revit) when beneficial
• Support sustainable building design aligned with Arup's mission

Requisiti fondamentali

• 10+ years of experience in mechanical design
• Experience with data center and/or industrial buildings projects
• Ability to lead design from conceptual layout to construction
• Strong communication and planning skills
• Bilingual English and Italian (written and spoken)
• Willingness to take on new challenges and work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with BIM/Revit is beneficial
