ppAs our VP Brand, you own what KoRo stands for today and where our brand is heading next. You will shape our long-term brand strategy and positioning as KoRo scales across markets and channels. Bringing together brand, consumer understanding and commercial priorities, you will play a key role in shaping the next chapter of KoRo. /p h3What you will do /h3 ul liBrand Vision Strategy: You own KoRo’s long-term brand direction, positioning and philosophy, and ensure it is consistently applied across markets and touchpoints. You shape how KoRo’s brand identity evolves as the business grows across Europe. /li liBrand Development: You set the measures for brand health and consumer engagement, and use data and insight to steer brand strategy and investment decisions. /li liConsumers Markets: You build the consumer, market, competitor and cultural insight base that informs company decisions, using it to sharpen our brand strategy, help shape and align KoRo’s sustainability strategy, and identify the growth opportunities worth pursuing /li liBrand Creative Collaboration: You partner closely with the Creative Director to translate KoRo’s brand strategy and positioning into how the brand shows up across campaigns, products and customer experience. Together, you ensure that creative work reflects our strategic brand direction and strengthens how KoRo connects with consumers. /li liCross-Functional Collaboration: You work closely with the SVP Marketing to turn company goals into a strong brand strategy and clear priorities across brand, product portfolio and marketing. You work across teams and with senior stakeholders to connect long-term brand building with commercial priorities and ensure KoRo grows with a strong and relevant brand. /li liLeadership Team Development: You define the right setup for the brand and creative function, lead and develop the brand, social media and pr team, and build the capability the strategy needs. You give clear direction and are accountable for execution. /li /ul h3What you bring /h3 ul liProven Brand Leadership: You have already operated at Director level and owned the brand agenda for a consumer business at significant scale. You have shaped, repositioned or scaled a brand that people recognise, ideally within food, FMCG, wellness, lifestyle, retail or another fast-growing consumer business. Multi-market or international brand ownership is a must. /li liStrategic Commercial Expertise: You have a deep understanding of how brand, product, marketing and customer experience work together, and a track record of building brands that drive measurable long‑term growth and competitive advantage. /li liStrong Consumer Creative Instinct: You have an exceptional read on consumers and culture and a track record of bold, memorable brand work that shifted perception in its category. You turn insight into strong storytelling and clear creative direction. /li liLeadership Judgement: You have built, restructured and scaled brand and creative teams, including leading experienced leaders. You bring strong judgement, make confident decisions under uncertainty, and are comfortable challenging existing thinking and leading through rapid growth and change. /li liCommunication Influence: You can articulate a clear brand vision, challenge and influence stakeholders and bring different perspectives together around shared priorities.
