Corporate Development Manager

ppWe are seeking a highly driven and hands-on Corporate Development Manager to join our Finance Team, reporting directly to the CFO and working on funding, strategic finance and growth initiatives. /p pThis is an operational role with high ownership, where the candidate will not only contribute to strategic decisions, but will also directly execute financial models, investor materials and fundraising processes. The position plays a key role in shaping the company's equity story and supporting capital raising and growth initiatives. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liBuild, maintain, and update detailed financial models supporting the business plan, long-term projections and valuation /li liActively prepare and manage investor decks, financial presentations and data rooms for equity and debt fundraising /li liExecute fundraising processes, including investor outreach, QA management, and follow-ups /li liTranslate strategic and operational inputs into clear, consistent financial assumptions /li liAnalyze investment cases, growth initiatives and strategic opportunities with a deal-oriented mindset /li liSupport due diligence activities, transaction execution and documentation /li liWork cross-functionally to ensure financial, operational and strategic alignment /li /ul h3What You Have /h3 ul li3-4 years of experience, mainly in Merchant Banking, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, or Transaction Advisory /li liAcademic background in Economics, Finance, or related fields /li liStrong hands-on expertise in financial modeling, business planning, cash flow forecasting and valuation /li liProven experience in preparing and managing materials for equity and debt investors /li liHighly execution-oriented, with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams /li liComfortable working closely with C-level executives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment /li liFluency in English; additional European languages are a plus /li /ul h3Perks /h3 ul liLearning Friday. The typical salary for this role ranges between € 60.000 and € 70.000. As you gain experience and make more significant contributions to the business, your compensation will be reviewed to match your impact.
