Per la nostra sede di Alessandria siamo alla ricerca di un/una tirocinante da inserire all’interno della funzione dedicata all’Ingegneria di Processo.
In supporto al tutor, la risorsa in stage sarà coinvolta nell’implementazione di un LGV (Laser Guided Vehicle) per automatizzare e ottimizzare i processi di imballaggio e movimentazione dei pallet (attualmente manuali) dei prodotti finiti destinati ai magazzini, nonché nella digitalizzazione della schedulazione delle linee di stampaggio e nel monitoraggio delle performance in relazione al rispetto del piano di produzione.
La risorsa sarà coinvolta nelle seguenti attività:
- Implementazione del progetto LGV (Laser Guided Vehicle), primo nello stabilimento di Alessandria, con supporto all’installazione delle automazioni e configurazione dei percorsi in funzione delle cadenze produttive
- Approfondimento e gestione della componente software necessaria all’integrazione del sistema
- Interfaccia diretta con il fornitore, seguendo tutte le fasi progettuali secondo specifiche tecniche
- Integrazione del LGV con la nuova linea di fasciatura pallet per l’ottimizzazione dei processi di logistica industriale
- Supporto alla digitalizzazione delle linee di stampaggio in ottica Industry 4.0
- Monitoraggio e ottimizzazione delle performance produttive in relazione al piano di produzione
Requisiti posizione
- Hai completato gli studi in ambito Ingegneristico o Informatico?
- Hai una buona conoscenza del pacchetto office, e una conoscenza dei principi di Lean Manufacturing?
- Hai un’ottima conoscenza della lingua Inglese e perché no anche della lingua Francese?
