At Saipem, we embrace diversity as a driver of innovation and inclusion, while prioritizing people’s safety and environmental sustainability, even in the most challenging conditions. /ppAs Proposal Manager, you will respond to the Head of Energy Carriers Tendering Department and be part of the ENCAR. /ppYou will plan, coordinate and control the execution of the proposal, in accordance with the instruction to Bidder requirements and Proposal objectives, within time and cost constraints in observance of Quality procedures and practices. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliCoordination and management of the bidding project team (engineering, procurement, construction and staff functions such as legal, fiscal, insurance, finance) /liliMonitor progress of project phases, in accordance with time, cost and quality objectives /liliDevelopment of complete proposals for projects of any contractual scope (from reimbursable feasibility services to turn key EPC lump sum) /liliAnalyse Contract requirements and conditions in conjuction with commercial and legal functions /liliTechnical/commercial/contractual negotiations with clients, partners and vendors/sub-contractors /liliEnsure definition /review of the costs estimating developed by estimator /liliPrepare the assessment of the technical, financial, schedule or any other unusual risks associated with proposals /liliEnsure the submittal of the Proposal to the Client /li /ulh3What are we looking for? /h3pbEducation: /b Master’s Degree or bachelor’s degree in Engineering or in an Economic field /ppbExperience: /b minimum 5 years within oil gas, petrochemical, renewable or floaters sectors /ppbTechnical/IT Skills: /b /pulliOpen minded and willing to work in a flexible and agile manner /liliCommunication and relational skills /liliOrganization and prioritization skills /liliPreferably 2+ years of work experience in the Operation and Maintenance (OM) sector /li /ulh3What else should you know? /h3pYou will have the opportunity to travel abroad based on the projects you will work for and within the project assigned. /ph3What can we offer to you: /h3ulliFor home office contract: Pay not lower than 48.000 euro /liliCorporate Benefits: We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, internal gym, discounts and partnerships, services related to health, family, well-being, and in-house cafeteria. /liliHybrid working model: Smart Working options and flexible hours to help you achieve a better work-life balance. /li /ulh3Transparency Note /h3pAt the end of the selection process, the Company reserves the right to offer a different job level and/or salary package compared to what is indicated in this job posting, in line with the candidate’s professional experience, technical and soft skills.
