In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn how a multinational company manages its workforce at 360°, working with colleagues from all HR areas – bRecruiting /b, bLearning Development /b, bCompensation /b, bReputation /b, bOperations /b and bBusiness Partnership /b – to continuously improve De Nora’s organization and processes in order to maximize efficiency and innovation, exploiting data driven strategies. /p h3Daily activities /h3 ul liRun established HR reporting and data quality activities /li liContribute to ad hoc, customized analyses to address emerging needs /li liSupport the headcount monitoring process /li liHelp update and review organizational documents such as organizational charts, organizational announcements, policies and procedures /li /ul pAdditionally, a relevant part of the role will see you involved in btransformational projects /b impacting De Nora’s evolution path: /p ul liJob Architecture evolution /li liSupport to MA and other strategic change initiatives /li /ul h3Education and professional experience /h3 pFor this role, mindset and values will always come first and technical skills second.
