Overview

In this Senior Cyber/Tech PI role within Zurich's Global Specialty, you shape the cyber portfolio by leading risk selection, pricing discipline, and portfolio optimization. You will work at the intersection of underwriting, finance, and client relationships to deliver profitable, sustainable growth. You'll influence underwriting strategy and coach peers, while partnering with brokers, customers, and cross-functional teams. This role offers the chance to drive technical excellence in a fast-moving cyber domain and to shape products and propositions.

Responsabilità

• Lead and execute the cyber underwriting plan with strong risk selection and pricing discipline
• Underwrite complex, high-value Cyber/Tech PI risks aligned with appetite and governance
• Use data, portfolio insights and market intelligence to inform decisions and drive innovation
• Build and maintain relationships with key brokers and customers as a trusted contact
• Collaborate with Head of Cyber and leadership to shape underwriting strategy
• Provide technical leadership, coaching and mentoring to less experienced colleagues
• Engage with claims, actuarial, portfolio management and senior leaders to manage priorities
• Support continuous improvement, knowledge sharing and new tools and ways of working

Requisiti fondamentali

• Proven experience as a Cyber and/or Tech PI Underwriter or Broker with a track record of profitable growth
• Deep understanding of Cyber & Tech PI exposures, controls, coverages and trends
• Strong technical underwriting skills with focus on risk quality and governance
• Strong business and financial acumen, ability to interpret financial information and P&L drivers
• Ability to operate across market cycles and adapt trading strategies
• Leadership experience in coaching/mentoring others and translating strategy to execution
• Ability to influence stakeholders and manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
