Technical Sales Support - Categorie Protette (L. 68/99)

Per ampliamento dell’organico nella Business Unit Product Certification, ricerchiamo una figura di Technical Sales Assistant, appartenente alle Categorie Protette ai sensi della Legge 68/99. La selezione è rivolta a candidati iscritti alle liste del collocamento mirato, in conformità con quanto previsto dalla normativa vigente. La risorsa sarà inserita nel team commerciale e supporterà le attività di gestione offerte, relazione con i clienti e back office commerciale, contribuendo anche alle attività di customer care e supporto al cliente.
La persona, diretto riporto del Sales Assistant Manager, si occuperà di:
- Gestire la predisposizione e l’invio delle offerte commerciali, nel rispetto delle procedure aziendali
- Fornire supporto ai clienti per chiarimenti relativi ai servizi di Product Certification e alle quotazioni
- Gestire attività di customer care, supportando il cliente lungo tutto il ciclo del servizio
- Gestire i contatti con clienti, anche internazionali, assicurando un supporto puntuale e professionale
- Supportare gli Account nella raccolta delle informazioni necessarie alla definizione delle offerte
- Effettuare attività di follow‑up (recall) su offerte emesse
- Gestire le commesse, inserendo e aggiornando i dati nei sistemi aziendali
- Curare l’archiviazione della documentazione commerciale e contrattuale
- Supportare il team nelle attività di reportistica commerciale
Requisiti
- Appartenenza alle Categorie Protette (L. 68/99) e iscrizione alle liste del collocamento mirato
- Preferenza per chi ha maturato esperienza in aziende manifatturiere, in particolare produttrici di componenti elettrici o affini, in attività di back office commerciale, customer care o assistenza clienti
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Capacità di comprensione e analisi di clausole contrattuali
- Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel
- Disponibilità ad effettuare trasferte (non frequenti) presso i nostri laboratori di Padova
