Product Manager

Il/la Product Manager è responsabile dello sviluppo e della gestione strategica di un portafoglio prodotti, con l’obiettivo di incrementarne vendite e marginalità. La figura rappresenta il punto di riferimento per la rete commerciale e per i principali clienti, garantendo un elevato livello di servizio e supportando la crescita del business attraverso analisi di mercato e sviluppo di nuove opportunità.
Nello specifico andrà ad occuparsi di:- Gestione completa della linea di prodotti (prodotto, pricing, promozione e canali distributivi)
- Definizione e implementazione di strategie di crescita (su clienti, mercati, aree geografiche e canali)
- Analisi del mercato e identificazione di nuove opportunità di sviluppo prodotto
- Collaborazione con il team tecnico/engineering per lo sviluppo e il lancio di nuovi prodotti
- Coordinamento delle attività di marketing e comunicazione relative alla linea (cataloghi, web, social media, promozioni)
- Supporto alla rete commerciale e ai distributori per rafforzare le vendite e il posizionamento sul mercato
- Organizzazione e gestione della formazione tecnica sui prodotti per clienti e venditori
- Conduzione di ricerche di mercato tramite analisi dati, fonti di settore e strumenti digitali
- Trasferte 2/3 volte l'anno nel Plant inglese
- Contratto di assunzione diretta a tempo indeterminato con CCNL Metalmeccanica Industria, RAL ed inquadramento commisurati al livello di esperienza del candidato.

Requisiti:- Diploma tecnico o Laurea in Ingegneria (preferibile)
- Esperienza di almeno 4/5 anni nel ruolo di Product Manager
- Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese
- Spiccate capacità analitiche e orientamento al risultato
- Ottime capacità di comunicazione, negoziali e di team working
- Conoscenza di tematiche ambientali e conoscenza di base delle normative (es. ISO 14001)
