CRM & Retention Lead — Lifecycle Strategy & Optimization

AdmiralBet, part of the NOVOMATIC Group in Rome, is searching for a CRM Manager Team Lead. In this role, you will shape the Retention strategy and orchestrate customer journeys throughout the lifecycle.

You will oversee processes for retention and customer engagement while coordinating cross-functional teams to drive improvements. The position offers a hybrid work model and dynamic, international working environment.
