Assistant Director of Sales - W Rome

Overview

In this role you support the segment sales effort (e.g., group, transient, association, corporate) and help execute the segment strategy to meet revenue and guest/employee satisfaction goals. You will conduct day-to-day sales activities, build long-term customer relationships, and pursue personal booking targets. You'll work with the DOS and cross-functional teams to drive revenue and contribute to property success in a luxury hotel context.

Responsabilità

• Support development and implementation of segment sales strategy and promotions
• Contribute to sales plan addressing revenue, customers and market for the segment
• Attend customer events and sales missions to build relationships and close business
• Participate in sales calls to acquire new business and close deals
• Execute operational tasks of booked business (proposals, contracts, correspondence)
• Analyze market information using sales systems and support projections
• Monitor guest satisfaction results and identify improvement areas
• Promote exceptional customer service and align with brand standards
• Collaborate with cross-property channels and internal teams to meet property needs
• Assist in managing catering space releases to maximize revenue
• Assist Revenue Management with six-period projections

Requisiti fondamentali

• 2-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 3 years in sales/marketing or related area
• OR 4-year bachelor's degree in the same fields; 1 year in sales/marketing or related area
