Project Management Specialist O9

Main purpose of the role

Drives cross-functional planning initiatives and improvement projects across the European Supply Chain Planning function. Supports the development and execution of strategic planning capabilities.

What you will do

• Align and collaborate with internal cross-functional teams (Demand, Supply, S&OP, IT, Finance) and external stakeholders (external consulting teams) to deliver project tasks.
• Act as a planning subject matter expert in regional transformation initiatives.
• Track project milestones, risks, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
• Act as a key user for digital planning tools (o9, S4H) implementation during user acceptance test and hypercare periods (testing, raising defects, retesting).
• Support creation and improvement of data visualization tools (Power BI reporting) and external upload tools (Excel templates for o9).
• Standardize and optimize planning processes, tools, and reporting across countries.
• Execute training activities with local planning teams.

• Provide updates and insights to senior stakeholders and project sponsors.

Our Perfect Candidate

• Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 7 - 10 years' experience in a similar role.
• Deep knowledge of supply chain planning processes and best practices.
• Project management expertise (methodologies such as Agile, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma).
• Experience in process design and change implementation.
• PowerBI and Planning systems (S$H) are a must
• Knowledge of o9 will be consider a plus
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Structured and proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Comfortable working in a virtual, cross-border environment.

The position offers a gross annual salary starting from €55,000. Additional compensation and company benefits may also apply and will be discussed and defined during the selection process and on an individual basis
