Our Real Estate Practice

We assist clients across the entire life cycle of a property investment (initial acquisition, development, leasing and disposal). We act for domestic and foreign investors, asset managers, developers and lenders on a wide range of real estate transactions, including acquisitions and disposals of single assets, real estate portfolios and investment vehicles; development of residential and non-residential properties; corporate or debt restructuring of companies operating in the real estate sector; and the establishment and financing of real estate funds and other investment structures.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for curious and driven penultimate or final-year law students who are eager to begin their legal career in an international law firm. You should have a genuine interest in Real Estate, and a strong appetite for learning.

• Strong academic credentials
• Fluent written and spoken English
• A proactive, collegial working style
• International experience, such as an Erasmus or exchange programme, is an advantage
