ppWe are currently recruiting a brilliant and experienced trainee lawyer to join our Real Estate Investment team within our market leading Real Estate group in Milan. /p pIf you’re an ambitious Trainee Lawyer with experience in real estate, bring your ambition, initiative and entrepreneurial mindset to a global business that’s redefining the possible. /p pYou’ll manage and advise national and international investors and developers in all aspects of real estate law, and you will work closely together with colleagues from the funds, finance and tax teams, assisting clients in identifying and implementing the most suitable structure for the realisation of real estate investments. /p h3Main duties and responsibilities /h3 pYou Will Be Working As Part Of Our Market Leading Real Estate Team And Will Undertake a Broad Variety Of Work That Will Cover Our Core Real Estate Services, Advising Institutional Investors On Real Estate Matters, In Detail /p ul lion due diligence processes, in connection with both development and completed projects covering all relevant aspects of the same, from property law issues to detailed analyses of planning and building law; /li liand in relation to the drafting and negotiation of all the agreements involved in a real estate project. /li /ul h3About You /h3 ul liGraduated with excellent academic marks; /li liMinimum 6 months' experience in real estate and basic understanding of corporate matters is preferred and will be considered a plus; /li liExcellent communication and drafting skills in both Italian and English; /li liService minded, organized and able to meet deadlines; /li liPositive mentality with a \"can do\" attitude; /li liDemonstrate a desire to achieve excellence; /li liOpen to changing environment which requires daily learning. /li /ul h3About Us /h3 pWe're a global law firm helping our clients achieve their goals wherever they do business.
