Retail Store Manager - Responsabile

On behalf of a luxury retail company, we are looking for a Store Manager for a new luxury boutique opening in Malpensa.

As an Ambassador of the Maison, you will efficiently develop and optimize boutique performance and profitability by managing the boutique team, ensuring excellence in boutique operations, and providing the highest level of customer service in line with Maison expectations. Job Responsibilities

• Team Management and Boutique Performance Management: • Design the optimum organization, recruit the right profiles, and ensure a proactive talent pipeline in the boutique. • Drive performance and compensation management, ensure people development, motivate, and reinforce engagement. • Ensure day-to-day management, training, coaching, and motivation of the boutique team. • Conduct and/or participate in regular store meetings to discuss performance, sales training, product knowledge, merchandising, and convey necessary information to management staff and associates. • Define action plans to achieve Maison, boutique, and category sales targets. • Lead the implementation and monitoring of the action plans. • Assist in assigning and monitoring sales goals of Sales Associates and boutique KPIs. • Participate in the preparation of merchandise displays and presentations, applying merchandising concepts and guidelines.
• Clientele Service and Management: • Participate in the coordination of sales promotion activities, including seasonal sales, trunk shows, contests, and proper use of in-store signs advertising sales and promotions. • Implement and monitor CRM programs and actions. • Act as an Ambassador of the Maison to build direct contact with VIPs.
• Boutique Operations & Administration: • Implement group, Maison, and boutique policies, procedures, and guidelines. • Be responsible for the back office and administration of the boutique. • Oversee compliance of associates with established Company policies and standards. • Lock and secure the store and oversee compliance with all security procedures. • Oversee boutique expenses. • Help solve problems affecting the department’s service, efficiency, and productivity. • Gather merchandise for transfers, damages, and returns-to-vendor. • Oversee and participate in department inventories. • Monitor proper pricing of merchandise. • Minimize stock losses.
