Team Leadership and Management:
- Lead and manage a team of Market Managers and Market Executives to achieve individual and team KPIs.
- Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement contracting strategies for the assigned region in alignment with company objectives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide regular performance updates to senior management. Partner with the Commercial Strategy team to identify new opportunities and improve profitability.
~ Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions about regional performance and strategy. - Prepare and deliver detailed reports on regional performance team progress and market conditions to senior leadership.
Analytical Thinking: Strong capability to interpret data and trends to make strategic decisions. Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
Significant experience in hotel account management sales or similar roles within the travel or hospitality industry.
Experience working with distribution platforms APIs and cloud-based systems is advantageous.
Business-level fluency in English; additional language skills relevant to the region are a plus.
Minimum 5 years hotel account management.
Minimum 3 years team management experience
Accurate with attention to detail Well-developed written and verbal communication skills in English.
A working knowledge of Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook
