As a Eurorepar Product Developer, you will play a key role in shaping and growing the Eurorepar product portfolio for the Independent Aftermarket. Develop and launch competitive automotive aftermarket products that strengthen the Eurorepar brand.

Lead product development end to end: from opportunity identification and product definition to validation and market launch.

Work closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, Purchasing, and Sales to ensure smooth execution.

Coordinate suppliers on technical specifications, testing, compliance, and quality approvals.

Monitor product performance after launch and propose corrective actions when needed.

3–5 years of experience in product development, category management, or automotive aftermarket activities.

• Solid knowledge of automotive components and how the aftermarket works.
• Ability to manage projects and collaborate with multiple stakeholders, even without direct reporting lines.
• Strong analytical skills, with confidence using Excel and market or pricing data.
• Structured, proactive mindset with the ability to prioritize and move projects forward.
• Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Fluent English; Italian or French is a plus.

Exposure to both technical and commercial aspects of the automotive aftermarket.
