• The opportunity to take over a high-level area of responsibility and to help build up processes, structures and procedures from the beginning
• Competitive salary based on performance and constant encouragement for your efforts and contribution (€40,000–€60,000, depending on experience)

Ensure that daily departures align with network planning definitions and promptly address any discrepancies.

Manage authorization processes and maintain follow-up procedures to ensure smooth operations.

Act as the main point of contact for bus and door-to-gate partners.

Work closely with Customer Service to monitor the quality of service provided by partners and identify areas for improvement.

Analyze on-time performance and partner efficiency, proposing action plans and defining KPIs to drive continuous improvement.

Implement measures to prevent service disruptions, ensuring smooth and reliable operations.

Organize and lead the onboarding process for new operational partners, ensuring seamless integration into the network.

Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the transportation sector.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop and implement action plans.

Proficiency in using technologies and software relevant to operations management.
