Junior legal counsel
Green Recruitment Company
The Green Recruitment Company is seeking a Junior Legal to join a leading IPP with around 1000 employees globally.
Advise on all legal aspects related to real estate and business development.
Continuously review land-related contracts.
Prevent legal disputes and advise the business team and senior management on all legal matters.
Prepare and negotiate contracts for the generation and sale of electricity.
Prepare and negotiate contracts related to the operation of information systems.
Prepare and negotiate contracts with Engineering, Construction, and Procurement (EPC) providers specializing in the construction, installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of power plants and battery storage systems for photovoltaic and energy storage projects. Follow up with clients to obtain documents and feedback on contracts for closing deals.
Advise on energy regulatory matters, especially regarding regulatory updates.
Law degree (required).
At least years of experience in a law firm or with end clients.
Fluent English and Native Italian.
Excellent communication skills with diverse stakeholders and project management experience.
Availability for frequent travel.
