Talent Acquisition & Selection: Oversee the onboarding process, including pre-arrival communications, classroom training delivery, and coordinating staff housing to ensure a seamless and welcoming start.

• Learning & Development: Facilitate e-learning access and completion of mandatory online courses. Coordinate, track, and follow up on corporate and departmental training programs.
• Supporting HR tasks to ensure all operations align with brand standards and contribute to exceptional service delivery.

A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• Strong communication skills both in Italian and English, the knowledge of French language will be considered a plus
• At least one year of HR experience
