Senior / Lead Frontend Engineer (Remote)

We are looking for a visionary and hands-on Tech Lead for AI to shape and build the artificial intelligence capabilities of Hume, our connected data analytics platform, from the ground up.
You will translate product vision into sound technical decisions, ensuring high-quality delivery within a collaborative, shared decision-making framework.
Partner with the broader Hume team (including front-end and platform engineers) to ensure seamless integration of AI capabilities into the user experience.
Technical Quality: Drive best practices in AI/ML engineering, including model evaluation, deployment pipelines, and maintainable code structures.
Future Team Building: As the AI function expands, you will have the opportunity to transition from an individual contributor/lead role into building and mentoring a dedicated AI engineering team.
A proven track record as a Senior or Lead Engineer with deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
Technical Depth: Strong experience in designing and deploying AI architectures, with a focus on LLMs, graph-based AI, or complex data processing layers.
A desire to eventually lead and inspire a team, with the communication skills necessary to coordinate complex technical projects.
