Engineering Project Manager

Management and supervision of CAPEX investment projects relating to pharmaceutical production plants, including clean rooms, utilities and laboratories

Planning, budgeting, execution and monitoring of projects in compliance with the timing, budget and quality standards required by the pharmaceutical sector.

Collaboration with the Corporate functions and internal Quality, Production, MS&T, HSE and Purchasing departments for the definition of the technical and regulatory specifications of the activities for:

Act as project manager of the approved projects;

Supervision of the installation, commissioning and start-up phases of the plants and infrastructures.

Ensure compliance with regulations regarding safety, environment and pharmaceutical quality.

Participation in defining the investment strategy of the company in the medium to long term.

Promotion of technological innovation and continuous improvement of productive assets.

Engineering Degree (preferably Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial or similar).

• 4 to 10 years of experience in managing CAPEX projects in the pharmaceutical or life sciences field
• In-depth knowledge of GMP regulations and main regulatory standards (e.g. Proven experience in managing complex projects in regulated environments.
• Excellent project management, budgeting and supplier management skills.
• Fluent knowledge of English, spoken and written (B2).
