As Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing the full marketing strategy for Venchi in North America, in close collaboration with the Head of Global Marketing. You will lead the brand’s expansion across retail, wholesale, and digital channels, while ensuring consistency with Venchi’s global positioning and visual identity. You will be expected to balance strategic vision and creative leadership with strong executional capabilities, building a marketing team and ecosystem that delivers measurable impact.
Own and execute the full marketing mix: events & activations, local collaborations, digital, social, trade marketing, CRM, brand management.
Collaborate closely with the global marketing team to ensure brand consistency, adapting global brand guidelines to the U.S. market with cultural relevance and creative flair.
Lead the development of social‑first campaigns, with a strong focus on TikTok and Instagram, leveraging storytelling, influencer partnerships, digital native content, and community engagement.
Lead and execute trade marketing strategies, supporting retail and wholesale teams with tools, materials, and initiatives that drive sell‑through and brand visibility.
Manage and optimize the marketing budget, ensuring ROI across channels and initiatives.
Build and lead a high‑performing team, including internal talent and external agencies.
Translate strategic goals into actionable plans, ensuring flawless execution and agility in a fast‑paced environment.
Identify new opportunities through consumer insights, competitive analysis, and market trends.
10+ years of marketing experience, ideally in premium retail, beauty or fashion.
- Proven success in digital and social media – both organic and paid, fluent in the language of AI.
- Passion for brand building, storytelling, and consumer experience.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
