In the role of Chef de Rang at Grand Hotel Timeo, you will be a important member of our fine dining team, responsible for delivering an impeccable and memorable culinary experience to our esteemed guests. You will manage a section of the restaurant, ensuring seamless service, anticipating guest needs, and upholding our high standards of hospitality. If you are polished, knowledgeable, and dedicated to the art of service, this is your moment.
Warmly greeting and seating guests, presenting menus, and offering recommendations on food and beverages.
Taking accurate food and beverage orders and relaying them to the kitchen and bar efficiently.
Serving food and drinks with precision, elegance, and adherence to established service standards.
Assisting with wine service, including opening and pouring, as per guest preference.
Collaborating effectively with the kitchen, bar, and other front-of-house staff to ensure a smooth and harmonious dining experience.
Proven experience as a Chef de Rang or similar role in a high-end restaurant or luxury hotel setting.
Exceptional knowledge of food and beverage service, including fine dining etiquette and standards.
A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Knowledge of additional languages is a significant advantage.
Knowledge of wine and spirits is highly desirable.
