Offer professional, timely support – By resolving customer issues and ensuring their satisfaction with every interaction.
Collaborate with multiple teams – To tackle complex challenges and deliver top‑notch service to our users.
Meet and exceed performance targets – Set by the Customer Care team to ensure efficient and effective support.
Customer Care experience – Previous experience in structured customer care, demonstrating a foundational understanding of user management.
Fluency in both spoken and written Italian and English – Essential for effectively communicating with our diverse customer base.
Contract and compensation
Fixed‑term contract of 12 months
Gross Annual Salary (RAL) starting from €27,000, in addition to the benefits listed below
