For our Savigliano site in Italy we are currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Supplier Quality Serial Life Engineer / Professional .

Apply and deploy Serial Supplier Quality Assurance policy in collaboration with Procurement

Responsible for Non-Conformity Report management and Supplier performance for a precise scope of suppliers/projects, after the product validation, the First Article Inspection (FAI) + 3 deliveries

Manage Quality performance of assigned Suppliers

Responsible for day-to-day Non-Conformity management, informing the supplier of NCRs, replacing defective parts and implementing containment

Animate Non-Conformities Report treatment by setting up relevant action plans to reach NCR targets

Invoice the Cost Of Non-Quality (CONQ S1) to the suppliers

Ensure management of Supplier waivers for the assigned scope

Organize the retrofit to be performed by the supplier

Decide on a quality wall if necessary

Secure timely and complete supplier containment actions to protect the manufacturing line; challenge suppliers to implement corrective and preventive actions; Check the effectiveness of the supplier CAPA, request evidences, and perform supplier visits; ensure sustainability of the control plan with regular follow-up on main suppliers

Set up and manage supplier improvement roadmaps for non-performing suppliers according to the Supplier Quality escalation process (Green / Yellow / Red)

Organize reviews with suppliers and visit suppliers’ premises as necessary

verify effectiveness of CAPA and ensure control plan sustainability

For trusted suppliers: participate in Return Of Experience (REX) analysis

Prepare and monitor supplier Quality reviews at unit level to tackle top issues

Bachelor’s degree in Quality or Engineering or equivalent

Familiar with supplier qualification standards (ISO, ASME, IRIS, Local Standards, etc.)
