Service Team Leader (Remote)

The Growth Leader will support Build, Promote and Deploy the Service Growth Strategy in North America. Assessing project performance against established business objectives and adjusting strategies as needed.

Leads projects as well as coaches other project leaders on the implementation of improvements.

Perform project reviews to identify process gaps, and methods to improve project execution and cost reduction.

Coordinate between Commercial Team and Technical Team to provide competitive strategies, solutions, bids and proposals to Customers.

Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth

Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field

Minimum 10 years of experience in business development, commercial, or related field

Strong customer service mind set

Track record of negotiating and closing deals
