Head of Legal and Compliance

HEAD OF LEGAL SOUTH EUROPE & LATAM Location: Remote Work: 3-4 days at home (hybrid)

We are seeking an experienced legal leader to join our global Commercial Legal team. The Head of Legal South Europe & LATAM will provide strategic, high‐quality legal support to our operations across the region and oversee the local legal function, with dedicated support for LATAM.

Advise leadership on legal and conduct risks, ensuring strong compliance and ethical business practices

• Support regional and local teams with contracts, negotiations, and daily legal matters
• Manage commercial agreements with customers, suppliers, distributors, and service providers
• Oversee corporate governance for local legal entities
• Collaborate with the global Commercial Legal team to enhance contract templates and improve legal processes
• Identify legal, regulatory, and policy risks impacting the region
• Manage disputes and relationships with external law firms
• Support Ethics & Compliance activities, including investigations and training

At least 10 years of legal experience, including 5 years in‐house within a multinational company (Life Science/Medical Device/Pharma strongly preferred)

• Law degree and qualification in a relevant jurisdiction
• Strong command of Microsoft Office tools
• Collaborative team player with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and commercial capabilities
• Proactive mindset, able to deliver high‐quality support under time pressure
• Fluency in English, Spanish preferred
