The role involves operational presence, liaison activities, and emergency coordination in alignment with national protocols and Olympic security standards.Ensure operational presence within the Prefecture's coordination room, following scheduled shifts based on Olympic event requirements.
Act as direct liaison with private security teams deployed at Olympic venues, facilitating timely and accurate information exchange.
Monitor communications between public authorities (law enforcement, civil protection, fire services) and private security entities.
Support operational planning and contribute to the refinement of joint intervention protocols.
Participate in daily briefings with public and private security coordinators.
Prepare periodic reports summarizing coordination activities and identifying risks or inefficiencies.
Verify compliance between private security measures and Prefecture-issued directives.
Ensure confidentiality and compliance with applicable laws on security, privacy, and data protection.
