With an expanding footprint in the Italian market, there has never been a better time for an Events Manager to join our Milan-based team.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an Events Manager with deep local expertise to join us. This role covers every element of event management, from responding to initial RFPs to overseeing on‑site execution. As a DMC specialist, your role is heavily centered on leveraging local supplier networks to deliver world‑class logistics:

Crafting compelling presentations and cost estimates tailored to the Italian landscape.

Developing and maintaining in‑depth knowledge of local venues, luxury hotels, and top‑tier restaurants.

Managing contracting and deposit collection with both clients and suppliers.

Event Planning: Acting as the primary point of contact for pre‑event planning, menu selection, and experiential design.

Coordinating complex transportation and operating plans for diverse corporate groups.

Leading project management on the ground, overseeing full event operations to ensure seamless delivery.

Post‑Event Support: Issuing final invoices and gathering feedback to ensure continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will be a specialist in the Italian market, possessing expert‑level local knowledge and a robust network of event suppliers and hotel partners.

A detail‑oriented professional with exceptional time management skills and a sales‑focused, customer‑centric personality.

Languages: Fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in Italian is required for supplier negotiations. Additional languages (e.g., German or French) are considered a major asset.
