Python 3.12+Asyncio (used seriously, not just imported)strict typingPydantic & Pydantic AIMCP (Model Context Protocol) to connect LLMs with tools and data

develop AI agents and RAG-based systemsbuild MCP connectors and servers to integrate models with tools and datadesign prompts and ensure outputs are structured and validatedwork on data flows (including streaming and complex JSON) toward frontend applications

be comfortable with asynchronous Pythonhave hands‐on experience (even personal projects) with Pydantic / Pydantic AIbe genuinely curious about AI systemsunderstand the difference between ReAct prompting, Tool Calling, and Function CallingEnglish proficiency

No legacy code. Junior profiles are welcome, especially if motivated to learn quickly.Vercel AI SDKReact / TypeScriptexperience with SSE streaminghandling typed outputs in frontend environmentsa full‐stack mindset (or willingness to develop one)
