Junior MEP Engineer / Junior Electrical Systems Engineer

The profile will join the Design Department of Works Supervision of Mechanical Systems and will work on new buildings and/or renovations in the tertiary, commercial, residential, hospital, industrial and hotel sectors.
Degree in Mechanical, Energy, Civil or Construction Engineering or Diploma of Industrial Thermotechnical Expert.
Diploma of Electrical Technician or Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Knowledge of AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, Office.
Basic knowledge of project management methodologies.
Knowledge of English (intermediate level B1–B2).
Fire Prevention Engineer
The profile will assist senior engineer in defining fire prevention strategies, interfacing with the Command Fire Brigades and verifying the executive project.

• Degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering, Architecture, Building and Construction Engineering.
• Experience with AutoCAD and Revit.
• Knowledge of English (intermediate level B1–B2).

HVAC Systems Engineer
The profile will design and supervise air‑conditioning and thermohydraulic systems of large buildings, participate in client meetings and integrated project team meetings.

• 3–8 years of experience in design, air‑conditioning, water, energy and fire.
• Diploma of Thermotechnical Expert or Degree in Building and Construction Engineering / Energy Engineering / Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, Edilclima.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Preferred qualification as a fire expert.
• Knowledge of English (intermediate level B1–B2).

Electrical System Engineer
The profile will design and manage electrical and special systems for large buildings, both for new construction and renovation.

• Diploma of Electrical Technician or Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Revit (drawing and modeling), Integra, Doc, iProject (sizing networks), Dialux (lighting calculation).
• Knowledge of AutoCAD calculation and drawing methods.
• Knowledge of English (intermediate level B1–B2).

The candidate will conduct energy modelling of buildings, prepare technical reports pursuant to Law 10/91, develop energy performance certificates, and support construction management on energy‑related aspects during construction.

• Degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering, Architecture, Building Engineering, Construction Management or Energy Engineering.
• Experience with software such as Edilclima, Termolog, CENED, MC4.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD and basic knowledge of Revit.
• Full‑time, freelance collaboration (VAT number required). The profile will manage green‑building certification processes (LEED, WELL, BREEAM) and perform energy / daylight modelling.
• Degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering, Architecture, Building and Construction Engineering or Energy Engineering.
• Experience with AutoCAD, BIM (Autodesk), IES VE for dynamic energy modelling and daylight.
• Basic knowledge of green‑building certification systems.
• Knowledge of English (intermediate level B1–B2).

Manage construction sites with works costs exceeding €5 million for large buildings, in both new and renovation projects.
At least 3 years of experience in the energy and/or thermotechnical design sector.
Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
Use of AutoCAD and Revit.
Knowledge of English; qualification as Safety Coordinator 81/08 or Fire Fighting Expert is appreciated.

Develop and manage commercial bids, architecture competitions and commercial opportunities in collaboration with international firms.
Appropriate degree in Civil/Building Engineering or Architecture.
Use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) at advanced level; AutoCAD basic; Adobe InDesign basic.
Good knowledge of Italian and English; other languages welcome.
BIM Coordinator
Coordinate BIM activities, manage project teams, ensure data consistency and develop automation workflows.
Appropriate degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
Experience as BIM Coordinator in complex projects.
Excellent knowledge of Autodesk Revit.
Good communication skills, written and oral.
Knowledge of Revit Dynamo and computational design principles.
Project Manager | P&CM
Support delivery of large‑scale projects, coordinate multidisciplinary design phases, manage documentation and control project progress.
Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Engineering or Architecture.
Good IT skills (MS Project, Office, design software).
Knowledge of English (preferably B2 or higher).

Construction Works Manager
Manage construction sites and oversee work on large‑scale projects in Milan and Rome.
At least 8 years of experience as Site Manager or Assistant Site Manager.
Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
Safety Coordinator qualification per Legal Decree 81/08.
Proficient use of AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit a plus.
Experience in project management.
Knowledge of English; Fire Safety Expert qualification a plus.

Participate in structural design, supervision and collaboration with BIM and geotechnical teams.

• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Academic background in structural engineering (advanced structural analysis, seismic engineering).
• Excellent knowledge of FEM software (Midas Gen, SAP2000, Ansys, Abaqus).
• Good command of English.

Structural Engineer – BIM Specialist
Model and draft structural and geotechnical works in BIM, coordinate model updates and support BIM methodology development.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technical Diploma with BIM specialization.
• 1–3 years of experience in structural or infrastructure BIM modelling.
• Excellent knowledge of Autodesk Revit.
• Knowledge of Tekla Structures, Allplan or AutoCAD a plus.
• Strong understanding of information modeling principles and data management (LOD, IFC).
