Enterprise Architect Manager

We are currently looking for an Enterprise Architect in Bulgaria.

The position offers exposure to diverse, international projects across complex environments, combining strategic thinking with hands‑on architectural work. Perform business process analysis and support maturity assessments across organizational and technology domains.

Facilitate workshops and discussions with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, and technical teams.

Participate in international, multilingual meetings and presentations within cross‑functional project teams.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience; Solid knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks, modeling techniques, and business process analysis.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear studies and architectural documentation.

English proficiency at B2 to C1 level, with confidence in international working environments.
