Throughout, the House wields the codes of luxury and classicism to ignite a daring new path, under the creative direction of Chief Creative Officer Dario Vitale.***Your Opportunity:**As *Merchandising Planner ,* you will support the WW Sales planning & OTB process liaising with Global functions and regional teams in the achievement of sales targets**Your Contribution:*** Plan WW Sales according to Budget and by seasonal, carry over and still valid* Plan OTB according to target Sell-Through* Work closely with regional stakeholders to align on Sales Plan and OTB* Work with Retail Merchandising team during the buying campaign to ensure alignment between sales plan and collection potential: stock need by category, SKU target to define master order, monitoring orders against OTB by category/market, other ad hoc analysis;* Work with Demand Planning in order to align on Carry Over forecast and replenishment needs* In-season monitoring of the performance, sales plan achievement and stock level at a WW and regional level;* Support projects on planning tools and planning process improvement (ex. planning by line).**Fluency in English is required; Italian is considered a plus;* Proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI and Board is a plus;* Interest in the luxury and fashion industry.***Our doors are open to all.**The Company’s policy is not to unlawfully discriminate against any applicant or employee on the basis of race, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, national origin, age, military status, disability, genetic information or any other consideration made unlawful by applicable federal, state, or local laws.
