Hybrid – 3 days onsite / 2 days remote

We are looking for a

true iOS expert

— someone deeply technical, highly curious, and comfortable working

independently

— to design and build iOS solutions that integrate directly with our core systems.

This is not a feature‑factory role. It’s a

hands‑on, problem‑solving position

for an engineer who enjoys ownership, experimentation, and building robust solutions from the ground up.

You will report directly to the

Unit Manager for R&D and Innovation

and play a key role in shaping how iOS technology integrates into the wider platform.

What you’ll be doing

Take full ownership of

iOS system design and development

Build and maintain

custom iOS solutions

integrated with backend systems

Work closely with R&D and innovation teams on new concepts and prototypes

Design for performance, reliability, and scalability

Operate as a

stand‑alone technical expert

, with autonomy and trust

Expert‑level iOS development

(Swift, iOS xrdbqlu SDK, Apple frameworks)

Strong understanding of

system‑level architecture and integration

Solid backend or systems exposure using

Python, Java, and/or C++

Experience working with

Docker

and modern development environments

Italian nationality or fluent Italian speaker

(required)

Willing and able to work from HQ in

Varese

as part of a hybrid setup
