We are looking for an HR Business Partner who will closely work with the Plant HR Manager, act as the primary HR reference point for the manufacturing plant, ensuring alignment between HR policies and operational needs. The role supports business objectives through effective people management, employee engagement in compliance with labor regulations.

HR KPIs: Monitor and analyze key indicators (absenteeism, turnover, labor cost, engagement) and propose corrective actions.

HR Processes: Training: Organize training sessions, manage onboarding, and coordinate development plans.

Draft and manage disciplinary procedures in compliance with labor law.

Promote engagement initiatives and plant‑level communication projects.

Recruitment: Manage white‑collar recruitment and onboarding.

Daily HR activities: manage and update reports, one‑to‑one employee interviews, design presentations and contribute to People Development initiatives.

Proficiency in English and Italian.

HR KPIs analysis (absenteeism, turnover, involvement, labor cost).

Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
