Regulatory Affairs Specialist

Serioplast, a global leader in rigid plastic packaging, is looking for a Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join our Quality team at our Global Headquarters in Seriate (BG).

Verification of applicable regulations and laws for the Serioplast product market (e.REACH, Cosmetics, MOCA, Medical Devices, PPWR), with related updates

Verification of suppliers’ documentation compliance for resins and additives intended for production

Management and interpretation of laboratory test results carried out under standardized conditions so that plastic materials intended for MOCA applications comply with the limits established by law

Preparation of documentation to meet regulatory requirements, including customer requests

Quality Assurance, Sales & Product Development, HSE, Operations, Direct Procurement

Registration activities in databases such as EUDAMED, FDA, the Ministry of Health, and other competent authorities

At least 6 years of experience in the role within companies manufacturing products for the detergent, food, cosmetic, and/or biomedical markets

Excellent command of the English language
