The story of the Dallara Group began in 1972, when Engineer Giampaolo Dallara, after significant work experiences at Ferrari, Maserati, Lamborghini, and De Tomaso, founded "Dallara Automobili da Competizione" in Varano de' Melegari, a small town near Parma.

Since the early 2000s, the Dallara Group has been offering specialized consulting and professional support to manufacturers and racing teams to develop both racing and road vehicles.
On November 16, 2016, the Dallara Stradale was unveiled—the first road car bearing the Dallara brand, embodying Engineer Dallara’s dream and synthesizing nearly 50 years of innovation. Later, the Dallara EXP was developed, a track-only version of the Stradale, representing the essence of sporting spirit with extreme performance and FIA safety standards.
In recent years, the Dallara Group has also begun collaborating on the development of solutions for the aerospace sector.
As a Process Engineer, you will join the Process Engineering team within the Design & Research department of Dallara Automobili, a company of the Dallara Group specializing in design, pre-series production, and testing for the Group’s three Business Units (Racing, Automotive, and Aerospace & Defence).
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring technical activities related to the analysis, setup, control, and approval of the production process for structural components made of composite materials (such as chassis and wings), primarily developed for the F1 motorsport sector.
You will oversee the entire production cycle with the goal of setting up and stabilizing processes and solving any issues, providing continuous support to production departments.
You will work closely with all teams in the Design & Research department, the Program Management Office, Purchasing and Quality Control areas, all production departments, and Dallara Compositi – a Dallara Group company specialized in the industrialization and production of composite material components.
Proposing improvements to production processes
Analyzing and managing the testing of innovative technological solutions
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields
At least 4 years of experience in mechanical design and use of CAD software (Catia)
Expertise in process design for composite material components
Knowledge of composite materials and current production technologies
