We are seeking a motivated Digital Continuous Improvement (D‑CI) analyst to join the Business Process Innovation (BPI) team. Our mission is to act as an enabler for CI teams and Subject Matter Experts supporting them with digital tools and data analytics to make quick data-driven decisions, identifying and solving problems before they become critical.
The successful candidate will contribute to the delivery of digital transformation and process improvement initiatives across manufacturing and business operations, working on initiatives involving value stream mapping, IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things) implementation, Statistical Process Control (SPC), data-driven efficiency improvements and LPA (Layered Process Audit) digitalization.
Analyze business needs expressed by factories or business functions
Support IIoT integration projects and digitalization initiatives for process improvement
Perform data analysis and visualization (SQL, R/Python, Power BI)
Collaborate with Continuous Improvement and Operations teams to deliver actionable insights
3‑5 years of experience in data analytics, digital operations, IIoT projects or process improvement within an industrial/manufacturing environment
- Master’s degree in STEM fields (Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, or related)
- Knowledge of data analytics tools (SQL, R/Python, Power BI)
- Fluent in English (mandatory); French is a plus
