Within our Cost and Operating Model Optimization team, we are expanding our Working Capital Management proposition to meet rapidly growing client demand.
We are seeking an exceptional Manager with a proven track record in Working Capital Management to strengthen our capabilities, bring innovative methodologies, and help shape this practice into a market-leading offering. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing team, shape our value proposition, and work at the intersection of strategy, operations, and finance — with both blue-chip corporates and private equity portfolio companies.
Lead and deliver projects across the full working capital spectrum (payables, receivables, inventory optimization, cash forecasting, liquidity management).
Partner with CFOs, Treasurers, and Operations leaders to drive sustainable improvements.
Drive thought leadership, client development, and market visibility of our Working Capital Management proposition.
Coach, mentor, and inspire junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Fluent English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.

Work with top-tier clients on high-impact projects that deliver measurable financial results.
