Project Manager (Healthcare/ Life Science)

We are looking for a project manager who will coordinate life science translation project activities among appropriate external resources that vary by project and can include translators, editors, proofreaders, DTP designers, and localization engineers. File preparation and analysis using translation memory software, develop cost estimates, and project schedules
Negotiate budgets and schedules with vendors and supervise the progress of translation projects
Manage multiple complex multilingual projects/clients simultaneously
Maintain accurate and up-to-date management reports and translation database
Understanding of variety of life sciences project types and materials
Regulatory and labels (including QRD)
Patient Recruitment/Retention materials (ICF's, flyers, manuals, marketing etc.)
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Energetic self-starter with initiative and creative approach to problem solving
Strong computer skills including MS Office and Internet applications
Fluency in English and preferably a second language
Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution
