Engineering Team Leader (Remote)

We are currently looking for an Engineering Team Leader in Italy.

This role offers the opportunity to lead a small, high‑performing engineering team while actively contributing to product development. Lead and manage a team of 3–5 engineers, providing mentorship, guidance, and constructive feedback

Foster continuous improvement in engineering practices, workflows, and collaboration

Promote alignment with organizational values, team goals, and broader engineering strategies

Proven experience managing an engineering team of at least 2 people

Solid knowledge of engineering principles, best practices, and modern development workflows
