SALES ACCOUNT
In qualità di Sales Account , sarai un ambasciatore della nostra value proposition : il ponte tra le esigenze dei clienti e la capacità progettuale delle nostre business unit. La figura si inserisce in un contesto altamente dinamico e innovativo, con il compito di generare nuove opportunità commerciali e consolidare relazioni strategiche con clienti pubblici e privati.
Sviluppare nuove opportunità di business attraverso l’analisi di mercato, la prospezione attiva e la gestione del portafoglio clienti.
- Ascoltare e interpretare le esigenze del cliente per proporre soluzioni IT ad alto valore aggiunto, in particolare nell’ambito DevOps , Cloud Solutions e sviluppo software a microservizi .
- Gestire l’intero ciclo di vendita: lead generation, proposta, negoziazione, chiusura e customer success.
- Lavorare a stretto contatto con il team tecnico per garantire coerenza tra le esigenze emerse e le soluzioni proposte, secondo il modello Knowledge Acquisition, Value Proposition & Execution .
- Coordinare la comunicazione tra cliente e team interni (pre-sales, delivery, PM), garantendo l'efficienza operativa e la qualità del servizio.
Conoscenza di base delle tecnologie Cloud, sviluppo software e soluzioni sistemistiche.
· Capacità di lavorare in team cross-funzionali.
Esperienza pregressa in ruoli commerciali, preferibilmente nel settore IT.
· Laurea in discipline Tecnologiche
Contratto e retribuzione commisurati all’esperienza, con sistema incentivante basato sulle performance.
