Technology Program Management Director

This role will be a key member of the program team located in Hyderabad supporting Just Walk Out (JWO) tech and business teams. Manage cross-functional project teams, planning and organizing, and executing complex projects across multiple organizations and stakeholders to enable the launch of new sites at scale.

Build strong partnerships with operations leaders to understand improvement opportunities.

Willingness to challenge and influence senior leaders.

Develop, review, approve, coordinate, and lead large, strategic projects / programs within Amazon Business Units (BUs) and across different geographies.

Work and collaborate with stakeholders and partners to align on project /program goals and resources.

Coordinate a portfolio of programs / projects from inception to delivery. Compile, manage and report on weekly project metrics and be responsible for leading many high profile meetings to align on project requirements.

Communicate the overall program roadmap and provide periodic status updates to the stakeholders, and presenting programs / projects to senior leadership on a regular basis.

Provide programs decision support, insights and recommendations through data gathering and information analyzing.

3+ years of program or project management experience

• 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non‑tech teams experience
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL

3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience

• Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
• Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
