We create content and campaigns designed to live where culture moves fastest — TikTok, Instagram, YouTube — combining strategy, creativity, and real-time execution.
We’re looking for a Partnerships & Growth Manager to become the key point of contact between Cooltura and major platform partners (TikTok, YouTube, Meta), while also driving commercial growth and supporting project delivery.

Be the bridge between platforms, clients, and internal teams — building strong relationships, unlocking opportunities, and turning them into concrete projects and revenue.

Own and grow relationships with platform partners (TikTok, YouTube, Meta, etc.)
Build and manage commercial offers and pricing structures
Support pitches and new business opportunities
Oversee projects from opportunity to delivery, ensuring quality and alignment
7+ years experience in partnerships, business development, or account management

• Strong understanding of social platforms (especially TikTok & YouTube)
• Commercial mindset with ability to turn relationships into opportunities
• Fluent in Italian and English, or Spanish is a plus
• compensation plan: fixed plus variable, performance based.

It’s a very strategic + hands-on role, sitting at the intersection of partnerships, commercial, and delivery — with a lot of autonomy and visibility.
