Graphic Designer - After Effects Richiesto

M&C Saatchi Milan is looking for a Graphic Designer with strong visual craft a refined eye for detail and a passion for high-quality design to join our integrated design team. This role is ideal for a designer with agency experience and a portfolio that demonstrates thoughtful well-crafted work across brand OOH and digital touchpoints.
Youll focus on the design details that define great work typography grid layout colour and composition bringing clarity consistency and craft to every output. Working closely with creatives and fellow designers in our Milan studio youll help develop and execute visual systems that translate seamlessly across formats channels and platforms.
Design and execute high-quality graphic work across all channels

• Develop and apply visual systems that ensure consistency and craft across integrated campaigns
• Create typography-led layouts and refined compositions that elevate brand expression
• Take initial creative direction and translate it into polished production-ready design
• Collaborate with creatives designers and strategists to deliver work that is both visually strong and on-brief
• Support new business pitches with well-designed decks and visual assets

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer within a creative or design agency

• A strong portfolio demonstrating excellent typography layout colour and visual hierarchy
• Advanced skills in Adobe InDesign Illustrator and Photoshop (After Effects and Figma experience is a plus)
• A clear understanding of production requirements and best practices across print and digital
• The ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining a high level of craft and consistency
• Curiosity around using AI as part of the design process as a tool to explore visual directions speed up experimentation and support creative development rather than replace craft
