Shift Supervisor Su Turni

CSO is looking for a Shift Supervisor for our CBHC (Community Behavioral Health Center) Emergency Services Program (ESP) in Florence.

This position will provide leadership and coordination functions for the counseling staff in collaboration with the management team. Coordinate food purchasing and menu planning including assistance with shopping lists, purchase and delivery, and organization/storage of food supplies under supervision of director; Assist clients with activities of daily living, including self-care, cooking, recreation, and medication responsibilities according to individual treatment plans

rotating shifts, as needed; charting and reporting on daily records; maintaining knowledge of patient's treatment plan.

Monitor respite clients, including hourly bed checks and documentation, and provide closer observation as needed

Attend change of shift meetings and provide shift report on client activities and mental status

Bachelor's Degree

Two years' experience working with mentally ill individuals (preferred) or two years of supervised internship or field placement experience at a human service agency

High school diploma with a minimum of five years' experience may be substituted
