Il team vendite è alla ricerca di un/una Sales Specialist ! Lavorando dalla sede di Milano, gestirai la relazione con i clienti brumbrum offrendo loro consulenza nell'acquisto della loro prossima auto.
Nel ruolo di Sales Specialist, ti occuperai di:
Gestire l’interazione multicanale con i clienti, comunicando con loro via telefono, mail e all'occorrenza di persona presso le sedi aziendali
Presentare le vetture, l'offerta commerciale e i servizi offerti da brumbrum guidando il cliente fino all'acquisto della sua prossima auto
Individuare opportunità di up- o cross-selling, negoziazioni e concludere trattative commerciali
Supportare la gestione delle attività di backoffice e di post-vendita, in collaborazione con le funzioni aziendali coinvolte
Esperienza pregressa (almeno 2 anni) nella vendita B2C
Esperienza precedente nel settore automotive oppure passione / interesse personale per il mondo delle auto: conosci il mercato e sei in grado di consigliare la vettura giusta in base alle necessità del cliente
Competenze informatiche: sai utilizzare MS Excel a un livello intermedio e hai pregressa esperienza con sistemi di CRM. Nato nel 2016, brumbrum è il primo e-commerce italiano di auto usate. Il nostro obiettivo è di rivoluzionare il mercato dell’auto e superare la barriera fisica della concessionaria. Da novembre 2022 brumbrum è parte di Aramis, il gruppo leader in Europa per la vendita online di auto usate.
