Process Engineer for Surface Modification Treatments

We are looking for a Process Engineer who will join the Process Engineering Team of EssilorLuxottica, specifically as a Process Expert for Surface Modification Treatments.

Work on Surface Modification Treatments, like Polishing and Barreling, to solve issues and perform process improvements, both for metal and plastic.

Act as a consultant for Surfaces related topic for all other specialists internally in the team or even externally across the organization.

Support all the technical streams (Metal, Acetate, Injected frames) for processes improvements and initiatives.

Educational Background in Materials or Mechanical Engineering.

Experience with Surface Treatments in manufacturing.

Base knowledge of Topography and Surface Analysis.

Deep knowledge of surface conditioning processes like barreling and polishing.

Solid knowledge of MS Office suite.

English and Italian proficiencies.
